Hey there! All smoking implements are intended for tabacco use only and you can purchase from our online store anywhere in Australia.
Some products in this catalogue may contravene certain laws in some parts of the world. Off Ya tree will not be held responsible in the event of "you"
our client contravening such laws. Hope this helps. Spider.

I am currently overseas at the moment but live in queensland, i have purchased a bong over here and it will remain clean but what would anyone recommend in bringing it back, just pack it in my suitcase and check it on? or possibly mail it to myself? I have spent a lot of time researching the actual laws, and at first i thought that it was simply the actual sale and display of bongs, but i later found out with the cannabis and smoking amendment act from 2004 that the possession of "cannabis utensils" is illegal, however this is all for flavoured tobacco but i still feel at customs i could be detained or have it confiscated. can anyone please enlighten me to the actual laws or maybe recommend a method of gettin it back to into australia. thanks a lot

  • Interests:I Help people off hard drugs in an effective way and I also do drug harm minimisation for others.

I in no way condemn the use of alcohol, tobacco, or cannabis.
I do on the other hand have a very strong stance against other drugs.

I have helped alot of people get off bad stuff in the past, ive seen it all, and the failure of rehab clinics is that the government does not regulate them in such a way to protect the user from being taken advantage of a religious orginization.

    NARCANON-Scientology.
Hillsong- numerous ones (these have turned ugly in the past)

If you have an addiction, look to yourself and not religion or a support group which will take advantage of you in terms of money.

"accept you have an addiction, you are 'not' powerless over it, and you are in control"

Where as clinics push people with addictions into a corner telling them they have 'no power over it', and the chances of them relapsing is very high.

Please look up the statistics for alcoholics anonymous. (religious group)

Ok ill make this easy.

under federal law, bongs are legal, under state law bongs are illegal,

Australia Post and customs are Federal, you are not breaching any federal laws by importing or shipping a bong interstate,

Frankly the AFP dont give a flying fuck if you import bongs or get them accross state lines, many of them actually have a soft
view point on 'tobacco' and smoking impliments compared to the other shit. You have nothing to worry about unless you
are involved in something illegal in which a warrant could be issued under state law to intercept your mail, in order to do
that they would need evidence to get such a warrant, if any attempt to intercept your mail under the anti-bikie legislation
was to be used against you it could be held up in court as abuse of the laws and unlawful means to access ones mail.

Generally the police even the state police have a soft stance on it personally these days, and would prefer people
do it at home rather than in public, this is one of the reasons they remain legal but also the drug harm minimisation
approach has been thought of.

If you were 'a bad guy' doing 'bad things' and hurting people, or making alot of money and causing problems,
then yes the police would intercept your post on the grounds of a legal warrant, but as you are probably
either a medical or recreational smoker and not one of 'the bad guys', then the police would prefer to
spend their time and money on going after the real criminals.

IE, No problems getting shit accross state lines or even from overseas.

Under Federal law, crack pipes, ice pipes, and as such are illegal as they are for 'hard drugs' which cause the most damage to society.
But bongs remain legal as there is an underlying tolerence in general towards it in the community.

Hope this helps.

Have you ever thought of why they call marijuana drug abuse? well its the same as butchering a baby drying and smoking it! the older it is the better it smells!

Doesnt mean its wrong or right.
