Price of septum?

I'm wanting to know how much it would be to get a septum piercing done including jewelery and the stuff to care for it afterwards.
Also wondering, I am 16 but I'm wondering what identification I will need to bring to make sure I can do it.
I'm from Sydney so Oxford street OYT, I'm comin' atcha! :D
