Who We Are and What We're About
OFF YA TREE operates a number of retail outlets throughout Australia. The stores can be found in most Capital Cities as well as many of our larger regional centres. We continue to grow in size and number by opening bigger and better sites throughout Australia. Whilst we only adopted the name “OFF YA TREE” about fifteen years ago, we have been around in one form or another for about 30 years.
We trade in stock lines that appeal mainly to young adults and teenagers, but welcome customers of all ages. Our stores are anything but boring and people can be seen browsing through our racks for ages at a time, taking in the new and unusual items on offer each week. These stock lines continue to change and evolve with the times and grow and develop as OFF YA TREE does.
So what do we sell? At present our merchandise includes the following lines:
- Licensed Music Merchandise i.e. T. Shirts, Hats, Bags, Badges, Posters, etc.
- Licensed and Novelty Belt Buckles and Belts
- Streetwear Men’s & Lady’s i.e. Shoes, Tops, Pants, Skirts, etc.
- We perform Body Piercing in our Clinic/Studios
- Body Piercing Jewellery & Aftercare Products
- Smoking Paraphernalia i.e. Bongs, Pipes, Papers, Accessories, etc.
- Fragrant Giftware i.e. Candles, Incense, Oils & Burners, etc.
- Bar/Alcohol related products i.e. Pourers, Shooter Glasses, Hip Flasks, etc.
- Fire Sticks & Accessories
- Lots of Other “Really Cool Shit”
Part of the beauty of what we do, and certainly part of the appeal as an employee, is that we constantly change and update our product mix. It makes for an interesting work environment and keeps our appeal to the public unparalleled. We are at the forefront of setting trends for our customers, and we have a huge following that look to us for guidance in what’s hot and what’s not.
We are very careful with the stock we buy and make sure it’s cool enough for our customers. In many cases we have been known to make or break a product’s appeal to the public based on how we treat it. Stock lines that we introduce into our shops and endorse often turn into the next trend. On the other hand there have been product lines that we have rejected for one reason or another that ended up fizzing out. Usually the reasons we accept or reject a product have to do with the quality, price, availability, appeal and appropriateness.
As well as our retail division, we also run an online store from our Warehouse and Head Office situated in Campbellfield. Here is where we have our administration team and from where we also run our wholesale distribution. The parent company Thendro Pty Ltd oversees the entire operation.

Thendro Pty Ltd and OFF YA TREE does however encourage, support and endorse your rights as an individual to have an opinion and to do whatever is necessary to bring about change to bad laws for a better future.
